Calyx hires Mammoth Market for IR
CALYX BIO-VENTURES INC. ENTERS INVESTOR RELATIONS AGREEMENT
Calyx Bio-Venture Inc. has retained the services of Mammoth Market Advisory Corp. to provide investor relations services on behalf of the company pursuant to an agreement dated Feb. 7, 2012. The consultant will initiate and maintain contact with the financial community, shareholders, investors and other stakeholders for the purpose of increasing awareness of the company and its activities.
The agreement is for a term of 12 months commencing on Feb. 7, 2012, and may be terminated by either party on 30 days written notice. The consultant will receive a monthly fee of $5,000 and is being granted 200,000 stock options. The options are exercisable for a period of two years from the date of grant at an exercise price of 40 cents per share and are subject to vesting over a 12-month period, with one-quarter of the options vesting each quarter. The options follow the guidelines as set out in the company’s stock option plan and as set by the TSX Venture Exchange. The agreement and the options granted thereby are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Other than pursuant to the options, the consultant does not have any right or intent to acquire any interest, directly or indirectly, in the company or its securities. The consultant does not intend to undertake any market making activities.
