Caliche has had a long and varied history with the Venture Exchange spanning 23 years.  He began in the fall of 1987 just after the crash and has had many ups and downs since then.  He worked on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange up to the time it was replaced with a computerized trading system.  From there he became a broker with Georgia Pacific Securities.  After the excitement of the Eskay Creek discovery died down he attended University to pursue a degree in Economics.  That turned into a B.Sc in Geology, and he has been investing in the Junior Gold market ever since.
