Oroco’s legal fight nearly done!
The registration of XG’s contractual rights to the Core Concessions is subject to a legal dispute between
Compania Minera Ruero, S.A. de CV. (“CMR”), the vendor of the interest which holds registered title, and
third parties. The Company’s management and Mexican legal counsel are confident, after an extensive and
thorough review, that the underlying 2016 judgment is unenforceable, that its subject contract is not
registerable as it does not comply with Mexican constitutional, legal and regulatory requirements, that the
dispute will be resolved favourably, and that title to the Core Concessions will be registered to XG.
