PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Teuton Resources Corp. has agreed to complete a private placement to raise proceeds of up to $576,000. It has been agreed that the offering will comprise up to 1.8 million units at 32 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share of the company plus one warrant entitling the subscriber to purchase a common share at 35 cents for a two-year period.
