NES Newstrike BIG move coming
im feeling a big move up soon.. spidey senses are tingling..lol
we are right where we were in august.. the last 2 or 3 news releases have been huge to de risk and move the project forward and they have been ignored by the market..spring is coiled pretty tight..
also large volume on ole..someone getting out.. and in.. dunno
Maybe IAG is buying some shares from TGZ in order to have them both have the same amont of shares and both buy OLE and equally own and finance the transaction. Then maybe in the future sell to a major when they are producing 300k ounces per year. With the help of IAG it would be no problem for something like this to occur. You (TGZ) give me some cheap shares now (IAG) and the transaction (being that IAG has $) would be much easier and become a deal basically between TGZ and IAG when OLE gets bought out. TGZ would not get massively diluted and IAG can participate in the property without having to bulid a mil and not having to buy the entire company. Does this make sense? l am definitely dedicating to much time to this crap.
They would not have equal ownership because TGZ financed the mill. Maybe something like 30% IAG ownership for $250 million and 70% TGZ ownership for $450 miilion for the new TGZ/OLE combined company.
My new more detailed post. .Maybe TGZ is swapping some shares with IAG in order to have them both have around the same amont of shares and structure some kind of deal to both take out OLE. They would not have equal ownership because TGZ financed their own mill. Maybe IAG puts up $250 million for a 30% stake in the new TGZ/OLE property and TGZ puts up $450 million for the remaining 70%. I am definitely dedicating too much time to this crap.
NEWSTRIKE MONSTER
Theres little doubt that NES is driiling up a high grade monster in that breccia zone.I suspect the new discovery to the south West of the breccia has likeyt hit a low grade halo around another breccia. If a srong high grade hit comes out of this new zone NES will likely get a hostile bid out of Gold Corp. There is no way in hell gold Corp is going to let Barrick or Newmont in its back yard.Lundin is going to sell NES for $15 I suspect before yr end.
