LORITO HOLDINGS S.A.R.L. AND ZEBRA HOLDINGS & INVESTMENTS S.A.R.L.: CORPORATE UPDATE
Newstrike Capital Inc.’s shareholders, Lorito Holdings S.a.r.l. and its joint actor Zebra Holdings & Investments S.a.r.l., currently own 5,112,500 common shares of Newstrike Capital, or approximately 5.03 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company, and 4.5 million common shares, or approximately 4.43 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company, respectively. Lorito has acquired an additional 2,417,300 common shares or approximately 2.38 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company.
The 2,417,300 common shares acquired by Lorito were acquired through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at prices ranging from $1.40 to $2.25 per share.
Lorito now holds a total of 7,529,800 common shares or approximately 7.40 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company. Together, Lorito and Zebra hold a total of 12,029,800 common shares, or approximately 11.83 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company.
Lorito and Zebra have acquired securities in the company for investment purposes only and may, in the ordinary course of their business, acquire additional securities of the company depending on market and other conditions.
