Newstrike Breccia
As I look over the cross sections of hole 19 and 20 for the hundredth time my eye always seems to drift towards the breccia. It is described in the latest NR as “a large body of mineralized complex breccia”. i remember that Torex also mentioned the breccia, or a breccia on their land. If i assume they have a similar genesis in the gold event then they may be similarly mineralized. The Torex breccia is quite variable ranging from 1.3 g/ton up to an impressive, very impressive 23 g/ton. It looks as though the breccia interval is about 85 meters long on section 20. If we get an 86 meter section of only slightly mineralized breccia I would call the hole a success. I have a feeling that it may be a lot better than that..dreams for a moment.. 85 meters of 23 g/ton..
