NEWSTRIKE TO PURCHASE SURFACE RIGHTS
Newstrike Capital Inc. has reached an agreement with Desarrollos Mineros San Luis SA de CV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldcorp Inc., for the purchase of certain parcels of land within the company’s Ana Paula mineral project.
The company has agreed to issue DMSL 83,320 common shares of the company in full settlement of this acquisition valued at $75,675.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Just a Question – If DMSL is about to receive 83,320 shares at .91 a share… Isn’t that going to drive price down to .91 ???????
I wouldn’t think that it would. There were 2 200K+ trades and numerous 100K+ trades today alone. The price was probably negotiated last week when the stock price was at .91. Even on Monday, NES traded at .91. If it was a few million shares, yes, I think it would drop the price, but 83K? IMHO, this will have no lasting effect on the stock price, if any effect at all. Man I hope for once I’m right… 😉
