Preparations continue at the well site. The Operator, Oromin, advised that final steps are now
underway so that rig mobilization can commence as soon as possible. Spudding of the first
exploration well is expected to occur in July 2009.

You have to excuse me, I’ve only had oromin since late february this year.
But, don’t they like any other company have time schedules to keep?
And what about the newsletter each wednesday? Geuss that will also go out the door…or rather to july?

Well from the information I have Oromin does have the potential and the resources necessary so I’m hoping we won’t be trading that long under the 1$ mark.
And if you’ve waited that long…

I am surprised they said “July 2009″…..would be more accurate not to put a year on it…..THE most frustrating late performers i have ever come across….if it was a girlfriend teasing you would have dumped her long ago….
Here we are , late on Wed. 7/1, and still no update on Argentina….I am very apprehensive that when the news does come out , that it will be less than exciting..Seems Otto , as well as others , tend to delay less than satisfactory news…Sincerely hope that I am wrong , but I seriously doubt it…In any event “Happy Canadian Day” to all north of the border…I anxiously await the latest on Santa Rosa..On other subjects , when is the next AGM ?? Also , are we not due for a NR on assay results re drilling in Senegal yet this month??…
AGM is the 14th of july .. hope we can get some info out of that ..

governmental approvals for drilling are now underway so that the mobilization of
the San Antonio P1 drilling rig can commence this week
Otto will continue to update the market on a weekly basis, whilst its drilling
programs are being undertaken.

I wonder if they are saying there may be another delay in getting the Governmental approvals.
